Colourful legacy

Peter Bridgman's executor kindly arranged for Peter's large collection of plants, in tubs and pots, to be distributed to his friends. I was fortunate to receive a mature clivia miniata which I was able to divide into three separate plants. With fresh compost and a spell in my greenhouse the plants began to develop and the first one produced a flower spike in time for Christmas.
