Membership

... and last but not least, your membership will enable the Society to promote and support projects and activities which enhance the green areas and horticultural interest of Charlbury as a town for the benefit of all who live here.

Membership cards for 2025 will be available from our 21st Nov 2025 talk when you can renew in person, and at our subsequent events. They will also be delivered automatically to members who renew online.

Membership Renewals and New Members for 2025

Prices for 2025 remain as for previous years:

• £7 for an individual adult
• £10 for two adults in the same household

Membership also includes children living in the same household. All adult members receive a Membership Card. Members will get free admission to the talks and receive priority on bookings and outings.

The membership year runs from 1st January to 31st December. Anyone joining between 1st October and 31st December automatically gets membership for the following year as well as the three remaining months of the current year.

A 10% discount is available when you present your Membership Card at the following outlets:

• Charlbury Garden Centre, Witney Road (see exclusions)
• Applegarth Nurseries, Chipping Norton
• Burford Garden Centre (plants only)
• Freeland Nursery (plants only)
• Yarnton Garden Centre (quote code 457)

Existing Members:

To renew, you just need to make your payment (see below). There is no need to fill in a new Membership Form.

New Members:

You can also download the paper membership form, complete it and return it to the address below.

You can make your payment in one of the following ways:

Please write your name and initials (or names if joint membership) on the back of the cheque. Post or deliver to Membership Secretary, Roosters, Hixet Wood, Charlbury OX7 3SB or bring it along to one of our events.

Once payment has been made, you can collect your Membership Card at any of our events, or by sending an SAE to Roosters (see address above), or by emailing membership@charlburygardensociety.org.uk to arrange for collection/delivery.

You'll only need your card when you want to claim a discount on purchases at garden centres listed on the card.
